AI adoption

Since 2026, I have been advising and training teams within an Argentine financial-services group on AI and agent adoption, working with leadership, technical teams and business users.

The work combines foundational training with hands-on support around teams’ own processes. Together, we identify opportunities for automation, explore approaches and develop workflows that teams can understand, validate and maintain.

I also contribute to the design and development of internal applications, including tools for financial reporting and accounting reconciliation. Alongside implementation, I advise on technology choices, data access and human review.
